Uzair & Kiera

Uzair and Kiera was a friend of me and my wife. We've been in the same school, Sekolah Menengah Teknik Kuala Kangsar, in 2003 & 2004. Uzair was better known as 'Kucai' among his friends. I'm not very close with Kucai at that time. We were in a different class & dorm. But I know him because he was kind of nature friendly, cheerful, love to laugh. He laugh pretty loud.

Kiera was a friend of my wife. As what I know, they live in the same dorm. They were a bit close I think. My wife said that, Kiera was a funny person. She love to make a joke of something then laughed loudly together  with the others. For me, Uzair & Kiera were perfectly match. They love to laugh. It was fun to work with them.

The wedding ceremony held in Tanjung Rambutan, Ipoh. Then we went to the outdoor photo session at Padang Polo, Ipoh. The weather was pretty hot at that time, drive me to a lighting problems. I have to avoid an overexposed picture with a perfect, or almost perfect technical setting. I did it, and it did not interfere my job so much that day. Enjoy!

Throwback

These pictures were taken in January 2012. It seemed like those pictures was taken in a 'white studio' isn't it? Actually I'm also interested in taking a photo in a 'white studio'.  Such a clean and nice portraiture I can have.

These pictures were actually taken in the living room of my house. It was taken during the day. Since I had no lighting set, then the day is very helpful in terms of lighting. I love natural light indeed. It'll gives a more dramatic impact. Technical settings of the camera is very important to get a nice adequate lighting. To shoot me and my wife photo together, I did set up my camera on my tripod. I don't use any shutter release, shutter remote & etc.  Just use oldskool style by set up timer on my camera, run back to my wife where focus point was pointed, and pose, smile, done! Such a simple method. Try it when you're at home with your wife/family. It will be fun!

Fauzi & Yanie

Work as a Wedding Photographer is not easy. It requires commitments, ideas and should always try to get the best photo to meet customer expectations. I always try to do my best in wedding photography. Furthermore, if the customer was a good friend of mine. I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to do the best to meet their expectations. If that happen, it may affect our friendships.

Fauzi and Yanie was perfectly to be together. They are very happy, friendly and of course for me they're so easy to work with. Their friendly drive me to a great confidence to shoot their photos. The solemnization and marriage ceremony  was held at Beruas and Ipoh.  Lets enjoy the photos.

Location of outdoor photo session was conducted at a few of great place which one of them was a graffitied wall on old buildings in Ipoh. We didn't plan to have outdoor photo session at there. Enjoy them!

Faisal & Faizah

I knew Faisal since we were in primary school, and we went to school together until high school. We also went to the same class.  Faisal was someone who is always happy, love to laugh, and such a loving person. Sometime me and the other friends said that his face show how much violent he is. But he's NOT.  In fact he was a soft-hearted guy.

Faisal & Faizah met together about 1-2 years after end of the high school. Their love is absolutely full of trials & challenges. There was a little bit fighting, arguing each other, jealously, suspicion and etc. However, they managed to end up together. They perfectly match.

Solemnization has been held at Felda Soeharto. It is not a long journey for me but it was fun indeed. Big thanks to Faisal & Faizah for trusting & choosing me to be the photographer on your wedding day. May Allah bless both of you.

Right after solemnization done, we had some outdoor photo session. It takes only a few minute, before we're rushing for banquets! It was easy to work with them.
